Prairietext operates the website at prairietext.com, may offer web-based applications accessible through a browser ("Web Apps"), and may distribute software applications ("Apps") through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and other platforms (collectively, "Services"). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice or liability.

3. Platform-Specific Terms

Apple App Store. Applications distributed through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms govern your use of any App distributed through its platform. Prairietext — not Apple — is solely responsible for our Apps and their content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for our Apps. In the event any App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to our Apps. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to our Apps, including but not limited to product liability claims, any claim that an App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, or claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

Google Play Store. Applications distributed through the Google Play Store are also subject to Google's Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Google's terms, Google's terms govern your use of any App distributed through its platform. Prairietext — not Google — is solely responsible for our Apps and their content. Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for our Apps and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to our Apps.

Web Apps. Web-based applications made available through prairietext.com or any subdomain are provided subject to these Terms. Web Apps may require account registration or other forms of access control, the terms of which will be presented at the time of registration or access. Features and availability of Web Apps may vary and are subject to change.

4. No Government Affiliation

Prairietext LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS, the U.S. government, or any government agency. Any Constitution, civics, citizenship, or study materials made available through the Services are independent educational resources and are not official government publications or legal advice.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRAIRIETEXT AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PRAIRIETEXT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
